This software is ready for the implementation of “Excise Movement and Control System” (EMCS) regarding the electronic transmission of accompanying documents and facilitating intra-community excise movement.
EMCS Solution
The EMCS is a new computerized control system that allows Member States to obtain a real time information on movements of products in duty suspension arrangement and make the necessary checks, even during the movements of this products.
The implementation and use is mandatory in all EU Member States and all economic operators who send or receive excise products under suspension arrangements.

H & G partners EMCS offers two solutions, depending on customer preferences, to manage the movement of products in duty suspension arrangement excise with a messaging platform developed by H & G partners in accordance with the requirements of the EMCS system.
The platform is located in our servers and is accessible through our web page with a secure identification, being available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The user does not need electronic signature certificate for communications because they are conducted through the digital certificate from H & G partners in their capacity as licensed social partner.
The service allows two possibilities:
BASIC SOLUTION
This solution allows customers to access our Web environment and fully manage their communications through EMCS. The user can search all their communications, monitoring, traceability and have a history of them. This solution is perfect for those operators with reduced volume of movements.
ADVANCED SOLUTION
This solution allows customers to access our Web environment automatically, by sending and receiving text files between their own programs and management software input and output mailboxes enabled in our platform, via FTP. The user can search all their communications, monitoring, traceability and have a history of them. Highly recommended for those companies with high volume of movement and need to work directly from their own management.
There are two basic distinguishing features of the EMCS solution not offered by other solutions.
First, the company has not purchased the software or the responsibility of maintaining the infrastructure. The solution is located on a web where customers can perform complete management of their movements without the responsibility of bearing the cost of installation and maintenance of the purchase program or system, or an obligation to perform upgrades or backups, because this responsibility is entirely for H & G asociados.
On the other hand, the Customer has the possibility to integrate their systems to the H & G EMCS solution through a simplified protocol. This would be done through text files automatically created from the customer’s software and sent through FTP to H & G.
